Service Description

Having a shared vision is key to achieving your aims and goals and shaping the future direction of your setting. Aimed at those who have, or aspire to, leadership roles, this session will provide an opportunity to consider your responsibilities as a pedagogical leader in developing knowledge and informing the practice of others. Key Learning: Explore features of effective pedagogical leadership. Consider how practices and allocating resources can build an intentional culture where learning and growing happens in mutually respectful relationships with others. To understand that the most important work a leader can do is to support and promote quality early learning environments for children.
