Are you ready...

For something new?

Welcome to the very first post on the Learning Levels website! I would like to start off by saying a huge thank you to those settings who have already commissioned Learning Levels and are allowing me to be part of their journey to improve practice and ultimately outcomes for young children. For this, I will be forever grateful.

There has been great interest in the delivery of bespoke training in settings, where all staff can come together in their own nursery at a time that is convenient for them. Recent course delivery has included Developing the Learning Environment, Creativity Across Learning and Developing Leadership for Learning. The most fantastic testimonials have been received from both management and staff alike. Check out the website homepage to read what nurseries are saying.

If you feel that your setting could benefit from bespoke training or perhaps a consultation to help shape your direction of travel, then please just get in touch.

There will be regular blogs featuring book reviews, discussions of early years issues and best practice alongside quotes and images that will hopefully provoke you to think a little more deeply about how you and your staff work alongside children and families. Why not get involved and let me know which topics you wish to discuss.

Newly released training dates

Check out the exciting learning opportunities currently on offer on the website for August, September and October 2019.

Are you and your team interested in supporting young children’s emotional wellbeing and mental health? Then The Habit of Being Peaceful on Tuesday 27th August may just be the course for you.

If developing your learning environment is high on your agenda at the moment then the full day course, Caring Spaces, Learning Places on Thursday 26th September will help to identify what your environment should offer as the ‘third educator’ but also explore the importance of creating a beautiful inspiring environment for your young learners .

Perhaps, as a manager or senior member of staff or indeed as an aspiring leader, you would like to explore how to develop skills that can bring about change and improvement within your service; then attending the Pedagogical Leadership course on Monday 28th October could be just what is required.

For course information and how to reserve your place, head to the Services Offered section of the website or www.learninglevels.co.uk
